Turnover cost calculator
What is turnover costing your operation?
Every worker who leaves takes training, supervisor time and output with them. Move the sliders to estimate your annual cost, and what you could save by keeping people longer.

Estimated annual savings
$22,982
An estimate from the numbers you enter. It counts training, supervision and ramp-up only, and leaves out overtime, recruiting fees, safety incidents and quality issues, so real costs are often higher.
How it works
The math behind the estimate.
How is the cost of hourly worker turnover calculated?
Replacements per year equal your headcount times monthly turnover times 12. Each replacement costs paid training hours, supervisor time and the output lost while the new worker ramps up, estimated here at half of full productivity for the ramp period.
What does the calculator leave out?
It does not include overtime to cover open shifts, recruiting or agency fees, safety incidents, quality defects or customer impact. Those often make real turnover costs higher than this estimate.
How does All Purpose Staffing reduce turnover?
By putting employee satisfaction first: accurate job previews, weekly, predictable pay, recruiters who check in during the first weeks, and recognition for workers who show up and perform.
